Go on it and press L1, then move the left thumbstick up. You should start going up. When you are all the way up, you are going to have to take out 3 watch men.

They are all on cranes. After that, get back on the wall rider and go down. Go in the hummer you drove to get there. Go to the constuctionsite and keep the vehicle. Kill them.

Go on thu ramp in the back in the car, and make a u-turn. You should see a big ramp on the side of the building. Go on it, and stop at the top. Get out and kill them. Get in car when done, and go on the bridge to the left. Go, and then turn right, then left. Stop where the building ends. Get out and kill them they will have one in the back.
